Careers
Help people make better decisions about money.
We are a small team building education, tools and relationships that compound over decades. If that sounds like work you want to do, write to us.
How we work
We care about clear thinking, plain language and getting the arithmetic right. Our work sits where finance, design, engineering and education meet, and the best ideas come from people who are curious about all four.
- Accuracy over speed. In personal finance, a wrong number or a misleading sentence has real consequences. We check our work.
- Plain language. If we can't explain it simply, we don't understand it well enough yet.
- The customer's interest first. We would rather someone leaves understanding their options than leaves with a product they don't need.
- Ownership. Small team, real responsibility.
The kinds of roles we hire for
- Engineering and data — the platform, tools, analytics and integrations.
- Design — product, interaction and information design.
- Content and education — writing that makes finance clear without making it simplistic.
- Relationship management — people who enjoy explaining and helping. Some of these roles require relevant certifications, such as NISM certification for mutual-fund distribution.
- Compliance and operations — keeping what we say and do right.
Open roles
We list openings here when we have them. When there is no open role that fits, we still want to hear from people who share how we think.
How to apply
Write to [careers@…] with:
- A few lines about what you would like to work on and why CompoundX.
- A CV or LinkedIn profile.
- Something you have made, written or shipped that you are proud of.
We read every message. If there is a fit, we'll begin with a conversation, followed by a practical exercise relevant to the role and conversations with the people you would work with.
A note on recruitment fraud
CompoundX never asks for payment of any kind during hiring, and we contact candidates only from our official domain. If you receive a suspicious offer using our name, please let us know through our contact page.
No open role that fits?
Write to us anyway. Tell us what you’d like to work on and something you’re proud of.
